ABOUT
I started my studio career at Jacob's Studios in Surrey, before moving on to The Strongroom in London, where I stayed for 18 years as a freelance engineer with Strongroom Producer Management, working from their studios in London. In this time, I also worked in various studios, right across the world, gaining me lots of experience.
I worked with some amazing people, from my first session with M-People, through to the Spice Girls first album, and Prodigy's Fat of The Land, mixing Superstylin and many other Groove Armada hits. I also mixed the first ever 5.1 music album with Orbital and made a live Album/DVD with Motorhead.
I then worked at Sarm Studios, with Liam Howlett of The Prodigy. I was the engineer on the Invaders Must Die album and co-produced a couple of tracks on Always Outnumbered. I had my own studio in West London and was part of the chill-out band Kinobe, working on adverts and syncs while also recording and mixing with bands such as The Fedz, Trampoline, The King Blues, Fecky and the Section Boys, Zdot to name a few.

As an Aston 33 Panel member, I’m part of the sound development team for new products from Aston Microphones. All Aston’s mics are progressed through a series of double-blind listening tests with a select group of some of the most influential and established music professionals in the biz. Originally 33 strong, and now over 100 individuals, this unique team of people includes Producers, Engineers, FOH, Broadcasters, Musicians, Songwriters and Performers, and is responsible for the exceptional sound performance of these British designed and build mics. Proudly part of the Aston 33 family.
As well as producing and mixing bands and artists, I also compose music and sound design for a variety of a/v uses.. With the band Kinobe, we had music on ads from Kronenburg, Nokia, Guinness. I have also had my music used for adverts and corporate jobs from BBC, Speedo, Agfa, Shell, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Rostelecom (Russian phone company) and many others... below is a selection of my work...
